Payment, Billing, and Cancellation

Staicy provides subscription-based access to its proprietary sports data analytics platform. The monthly subscription fee of $199, or annual subscription fee of $1999, grants users full access to the Staicy Dashboard, including predictive models, statistical analysis, and informational content designed for research and entertainment purposes.

All payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. Your credit card statement will reflect the charge as a subscription for data analytics services under “STAICY.WIN”.

Staicy does not accept or process wagers or bets of any kind. No portion of any subscription fee is related to gambling activity. Subscribers are paying exclusively for access to Staicy’s proprietary data, software, and analytics.

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled by the user. Cancellations must be completed before the next billing date to avoid additional charges. Staicy does not issue prorated or partial refunds for unused subscription periods.

By subscribing, users acknowledge and agree that:

• They are purchasing informational and analytical content only.
• Staicy does not provide betting, wagering, or gambling services.
• All use of Staicy’s analytics is at the user’s own discretion and risk.
• Staicy’s data and models are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not guarantee any financial outcome.
