Staicy Inc. ("Staicy," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use the Staicy Platform (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Data Controller
Staicy Inc. is the data controller for all personal data processed through the Platform.
For EU data subjects, Staicy has appointed an EU Representative: iuro Rechtsanwalte GmbH t/a Prighter, located at Schellinggasse 3, 1010 Vienna, Austria.
For UK data subjects, Staicy has appointed a UK Representative: Prighter Ltd, located in the United Kingdom.

Staicy sends both transactional and marketing emails. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting
legal@staicy.win. Transactional emails related to your account and use of the Platform are not subject to unsubscribe requests.
