Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date. Users may cancel at any time through their account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated or partial refunds are issued for unused time.

If there are any issues with cancellation, users may also request cancellation by emailing team@staicy.win prior to the renewal date.
